A representation of the idea of selfishness through organic forms mediated by basic geometric shapes.
Selfishness is a set of attitudes and behaviours that is essentially aimed at achieving one’s own interest, even if it harms or limits the interests of others. It is represented here by a marble sphere, which moves and imposes itself indifferently with respect to the other, perceived in a gentle manner, as if it were a feather or a leaf.

L’egoismo è un insieme di atteggiamenti e comportamenti finalizzati unicamente, o in maniera molto spiccata, al conseguimento dell’interesse del soggetto che ne è autore, il quale persegue i suoi fini anche a costo di danneggiare, o comunque limitare, gli interessi del prossimo. Qua è rappresentato da una sfera ricavata da una lastra di marmo, che si muove e si impone in totale indifferenza rispetto all’altro, percepito solo in maniera leggera, come fosse piuma o foglia.
Colori utilizzati: curcuma, indaco, robbia, estratto di clorofilla, foglia oro.
